Xerox is Upgrading Student Printing!

The Xerox Student Print program is the University’s new consolidated printing solution. Student feedback has helped us to improve and shape this program to meet your needs, and we thank you for your support!

We have replaced outdated devices and launched modern print capabilities including secure print, mobile print, scan to email or USB and expansion of color capabilities on Multifunction Devices.  Below, you will find general information to assist you with your on-campus document needs.

Single Function Devices – Black & White Print Only

Mobile Print

The new Mobile Print solution enables you to print from your mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.) by sending an email with your attachment to print@wayne.edu.  And our new secure print feature will allow you to release to any release station on campus where you will only see your personal print jobs (not the print jobs of other students).

Please note:  The way that students log in and release print jobs has changed. You must use your access ID and password. In addition, new print drivers are required to print from laptops. Information on installing the new print drivers and FAQs about the program are available here.

Please contact the Wayne State University Xerox Help Desk at 855-218-2341 to report any issues with the new printers including requests for paper refills or toner replacement.
