The front of the card features your picture and identifies you as student, faculty, staff, alumni or affiliate. Your personal identification number (sometimes called your Banner number) is printed on the front; this is your official university identification number. Also on the front of your card is your AccessID, which doubles as your WSU email address and a barcode that is used to check out books at the campus libraries. The back of your card contains a magnetic strip, which holds all of your account/financial transaction information, meal plan information and access rights.
