Office Hours:
Business hours are Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
We are prepared to assist customers remotely whenever possible. Please reach out via email at onecard@wayne.edu or 313-577-2273, so we can determine whether we are able handle your issue/concern remotely. If we are unable to assist you remotely you can make an appointment or join our virtual line for walk-in customers.
Please Note: The University now requires all guests to complete a Guest Campus Screener before coming to campus or upon checking in. Please complete the guest screener before coming to the OneCard office: https://forms.wayne.edu/guest-screening.

| The OneCard/Parking Service Center is open for normal business hours during Spring Break, except we will not be able to print cards between 8:30am and 10am on Thursday, March 14, 2024 due to an upgrade to our CS Gold Web Server. |
